Job Description
- Manage all phases of ground-up multifamily construction projects
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates
- Utilize construction management software to track progress and project performance

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5+ years of Project Manager experience with a general contractor
- Background in ground-up multifamily construction projects
- Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ preferred
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control skills
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar platforms
