Job Description
Lead full lifecycle management of industrial construction projects. Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. Coordinate with field teams to ensure schedule adherence and quality control. Manage cost tracking, procurement, and risk mitigation. Drive project performance across safety, schedule, and financial outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
7-15+ years of quality control experience in construction. Strong background in light industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or data center projects. Proven ability to manage $10M-$100M+ projects. Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills. Willingness to travel full-time.
What's On Offer
Base salary: $120,000 - $145,000. $900/month truck allowance + gas card. $1,350/week per diem. ESOP program. Structured travel schedule (home every other week). Strong pipeline of industrial and automotive work.
