Job Description
- Lead and manage light industrial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Prepare regular project reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and challenges.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Manage and mentor project team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.
