Job Description
Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through turnover. Manage subcontractors, project schedules, safety programs, and quality control. Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, consultants, and trade partners. Drive project delivery while proactively solving field challenges and maintaining timelines. Mentor Assistant Superintendents and support the development of future field leaders.
The Successful Applicant
Superintendent experience on commercial, hospitality, multifamily, or mixed-use projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to run projects independently. Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality standards. Comfortable travelling for project assignments throughout the region. Positive, solutions-focused approach with a stable career history.
