Project Manager Opportunity
Nationwide, full-service multifamily design-build general contractor working in the Kansas City area. The position uses values of service, dedication, and hard work to consistently provide clients with the highest-quality construction solutions on schedule. Team works together in a respectful, safe, and responsible manner. Successful company with roughly $100M in revenue.
Leads project teams to ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks.
Establishes project budgets and manages cost.
Coaches, mentors, develops, and trains project management teams.
Maintains knowledge of contract requirements and addresses complex obstacles.
Maintains positive relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and design teams.
Ensures all risk management controls are implemented.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.

The successful applicant:
3-5+ years of Project Manager experience
10+ years of construction industry experience
Experience working multiple, high value projects ($20M+)
Construction Management or related degree preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
