Job Description
Oversee day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project completion. Manage subcontractors, site logistics, scheduling, and construction activities. Maintain project schedules and drive work toward key milestones. Coordinate closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and ownership. Ensure high standards for safety, quality, and workmanship. Lead inspections, punch lists, and project closeout. Proactively identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving forward.

The Successful Applicant
Superintendent experience with a General Contractor in the Miami market. Strong background in ground-up mixed-use construction. Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and drawings. Proven leadership and communication skills. Ability to take ownership of field operations and drive a project from start to finish.
