Superintendent

Our Superintendent will:

Oversee daily field operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule and aligned with retail opening timelines
Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes to ensure accurate and efficient execution
Develop and manage site logistics, sequencing, and short-term schedules to maintain project flow
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to brand standards
Maintain detailed daily reports, weekly schedules, and progress tracking
Drive project schedules in fast-paced environments, including night work and accelerated timelines when required
Work closely with Project Managers, clients, and store representatives to ensure alignment and communication
Ensure compliance with safety standards, site protocols, and proper job site organization
Proactively identify and resolve field issues to prevent delays and maintain schedule integrity

The ideal Superintendent will:

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor, preferably within retail or commercial interiors construction
Experience delivering tenant improvements, retail build-outs, or rollout programs preferred
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
Ability to manage multiple trades in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Experience working on projects with strict turnover deadlines (store openings) is highly valued
OSHA certification preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and client interactions
Working knowledge of construction systems, materials, and field operations
