Project Manager
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex commercial construction projects across the Nashville market. The portfolio includes healthcare facilities, multifamily developments, medical office buildings, higher education projects, senior living communities, and large-scale commercial buildings, giving candidates the opportunity to work across a diverse mix of high-profile ground-up and renovation projects.
Job Description
- Manage healthcare and multi-family construction projects from initial planning through closeout.
- Build and maintain project schedules to track key milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities with internal teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project scope, timelines, and budgets to support timely delivery.
- Review project progress and address issues that may affect schedules or outcomes.
- Maintain clear project records, updates, and documentation throughout each project.
- Communicate project status, priorities, and next steps with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate project closeout activities and confirm required deliverables are complete.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Healthcare & Multi-Family Project Manager should have: Experience maintaining project documentation and status updates. 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor Experience managing commercial, healthcare, multifamily, institutional, or mixed-use projects Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract management Excellent communication and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
