Senior Superintendent - Healthcare
Lead daily on-site construction activities for healthcare projects in Chicago. Coordinate trade partners and field teams to maintain planned work sequences. Review project plans and specifications to guide accurate field execution. Track daily progress and communicate site updates to project stakeholders. Coordinate material deliveries, equipment use, and site access to support scheduled work. Address field issues promptly to keep construction activities moving forward. Maintain clear site documentation, including daily reports and activity records. Promote safe work practices across active construction areas.

A successful Senior Superintendent - Healthcare should have: Experience leading on-site construction activities. Experience coordinating trade partners and field teams. Experience resolving day-to-day field issues.
