Job Description
- Coordinate daily construction activities to keep site work aligned with project plans.
- Monitor job site progress and address day-to-day issues that affect schedules.
- Work with project teams to sequence field activities and maintain clear priorities.
- Review completed work against project requirements and identify items that need attention.
- Communicate site updates, progress, and upcoming needs to relevant project contacts.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities to support productive work across the site.
- Maintain job site records related to daily work, progress, and project activity.
- Help prepare the site for upcoming construction phases and scheduled work.

The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Superintendent' should have:
- Experience coordinating construction activities on active job sites.
- Ability to track daily progress and keep work aligned with project schedules.
- Experience working with subcontractors and project teams.
- Ability to review field work against project plans and requirements.
- Clear communication skills for sharing site updates and project needs.
- Experience maintaining accurate daily construction records.
