Construction Site Manager
Support field operations on a $12M ground-up ambulatory surgery center project. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics. Ensure compliance with AHCA and healthcare construction requirements. Maintain project safety, quality, and schedule performance. Collaborate with project leadership and clients throughout construction.
The successful applicant will have 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction. AHCA healthcare construction experience is required. Ground-up construction experience is required. Proficiency with Procore and/or RedTeam is preferred. Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills are necessary.
Salary: $120,000-$130,000 + benefits. $500/month vehicle allowance plus healthcare contribution. 401(k) with company match and long-term career stability. Local Central Florida projects with minimal travel requirements.
