Commercial Construction Site Manager

Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics. Maintain project safety, quality, and compliance standards. Lead inspections, progress meetings, and milestone tracking. The successful applicant will have 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction. Ground-up construction experience is required. School, educational, or institutional project experience is preferred. Strong scheduling and subcontractor management capabilities. Proven ability to lead projects safely and efficiently.
Salary: $110,000-$130,000 + benefits. Gas card and projects generally located within 1 hour of the office. 3 weeks PTO, 11 holidays, healthcare contribution, and 401(k) match. Long-term opportunity with a collaborative, family-oriented culture.
