Job Description
Lead all on-site construction activities for a woodframe multifamily project. Manage schedules, subcontractors, budgets, and project milestones. Drive safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance standards. Coordinate with project management, ownership, and design teams. Oversee project closeout and successful turnover to operations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Woodframe should have:
- 8+ years of multifamily construction experience
- Proven leadership on woodframe apartment developments
- Strong knowledge of scheduling and construction sequencing
- Ability to manage subcontractors and field teams effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
