Job Description
Manage all phases of a $70M ground-up high-rise construction project. Oversee budget, schedule, subcontractors, procurement, and client communication. Coordinate preconstruction, project planning, and site logistics activities. Drive safety, quality, and contract compliance throughout delivery. Lead project teams and maintain strong relationships with ownership and consultants.
The Successful Applicant
8+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor. Proven experience delivering ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, or hospitality projects. Track record managing projects valued at $50M+ preferred. Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and risk management. Experience operating in active urban environments with complex logistics.
