The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Perfumery, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of fragrance, flavour, beauty, personal care, or related industry sales experience.
- Ability to identify and differentiate fragrance types through developed olfactory skills.
- Strong financial acumen, including pricing strategy, margin management, and forecasting.
- Demonstrated success in customer-focused sales and business development.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation ability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
