Superintendent - Commercial Construction
The Superintendent - Commercial Construction will:
- Coordinate daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project progress.
- Monitor site safety and compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Oversee quality control and address any issues promptly to ensure project standards are upheld.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and reports.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Resolve on-site challenges swiftly to minimize delays or disruptions.
- Ensure all work aligns with project specifications and client expectations.
The successful applicant should have:
- 5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent.
- Proven experience leading commercial construction projects in the $2M-$20M range.
- Ground-up construction experience.
- Strong job tenure with a history of project commitment and stability.
- Valid Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL).
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.
- Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and site operations independently.
- Must reside within Greater Boston or Southern New Hampshire.
The Superintendent - Commercial Construction will receive:
