Lead Superintendent
Take full ownership of site execution for mid-rise multifamily developments.
Lead all daily field operations for 70-80 unit, ground-up multifamily projects.
Manage subcontractor performance, sequencing, and site coordination.
Maintain and update project schedules using Microsoft Project or comparable software.
Enforce safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate inspections, punch lists, commissioning, and close-out activities.
Build strong relationships with trade partners and internal stakeholders.
Mentor field staff and promote a positive, professional jobsite culture.

For the Lead Superintendent role, we are seeking:
- Proven experience delivering ground-up multifamily construction projects
- Background with mid-rise or complex urban builds preferred
- Strong scheduling experience using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Ability to lead subcontractors and drive schedules in live environments
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and team development
Base salary: $110,000 - $130,000
