Job Description
100% on site supervision - will be working out of the trailer at the project. Lead the field and establish the standard of performance, and accountability. Create and manage schedule, safety, quality and production. Lead coordination meetings and resolve conflicts. Anticipate project risks and find solutions. Maintain safe work environment. Delivery projects at a high standard of quality.

The Successful Applicant
7+ years of Superintendent experience. Strong OSHPD/HCAI experience is required. Hospital/healthcare construction project background. Software experience: Procor, Bluebeam, MS Project, P6, Microsoft Office. Bachelor of Construction Management preferred, not required.
