Job Description
Leading daily site operations and coordinating subcontractors. Maintaining safe, clean, and organized jobsites. Managing schedules, sequencing, and weekly 3-week look-ahead planning. Partnering closely with Project Managers to maintain alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Conducting weekly safety inspections and toolbox talks. Proactively identifying and solving field issues before they become larger problems. Managing project documentation through Procore including daily logs, RFIs, punch lists, photos, and field coordination. Coordinating inspections, deliveries, and subcontractor scheduling. Reviewing drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes thoroughly. Supporting quality control and driving projects to successful completion.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager I Remote Flexibility I Twin Cities, Mn should have:
- Experience managing construction projects from planning through completion.
- Experience coordinating project schedules, tasks, and deliverables.
- Ability to communicate project updates, priorities, and action items clearly.
- Ability to track project progress and address issues as they arise.
- Experience maintaining project documentation and status records.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders on project goals and timelines.
