The Successful Applicant:
Experience with property maintenance and construction operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Effective communication abilities, especially with clients and stakeholders. Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage budgets and maintenance schedules.
