Our client is hiring within the building and construction industry in Manhattan.
Job Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Oversee project budgets and schedules to maintain alignment with objectives.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure project success.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in project management practices.

- Experience with managing construction projects in the property industry.
