Senior Estimator
Industry-leading mechanical contractor is seeking a Senior Estimator to support its continued growth across the Southeast. Established more than 15 years ago, the company has experienced significant expansion in recent years and has built a reputation for delivering high-quality HVAC and plumbing solutions on large-scale multifamily and commercial projects. The Senior Estimator will have the opportunity to work closely with operations leadership, help shape preconstruction efforts, and play a key role in the next phase of the company's growth and development.
Job Description
- Lead estimating efforts for HVAC and plumbing projects with an emphasis on multifamily construction.
- Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates from conceptual budgeting through final bid submission.
- Partner with operations and project teams to support successful project execution.
- Help streamline estimating and preconstruction processes as the organization continues to grow.
- Serve as a key resource within the preconstruction group and take on increasing leadership responsibilities.
- Support strategic growth initiatives throughout a multi-state operation.
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership and operations teams on high-profile pursuits.
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of HVAC estimating experience preferred, with plumbing estimating experience also strongly considered.
- Experience supporting multifamily construction projects.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, estimating software, and construction documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
- Leadership mentality with a desire to mentor others and grow into a larger role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work from the Morrisville, NC headquarters, with flexibility through a hybrid schedule initially
