Job Description
Lead project execution from preconstruction through final turnover. Manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and field teams. Monitor financial performance and project milestones. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Experience managing luxury multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial projects. Strong scheduling, budgeting, and documentation skills. Ability to make independent decisions and drive accountability. Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience.
