Our client is a growing General Contractor specializing in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, tenant improvement, and commercial projects throughout the western suburbs of Chicago.
Job Description
Lead daily site operations from groundbreaking through completion
Develop and maintain project schedules
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
Conduct safety meetings and enforce jobsite safety standards
Monitor project quality and ensure contract compliance
Manage site logistics and manpower planning
Maintain project documentation and field reports
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and ownership teams

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of Superintendent experience
Background in light industrial, warehouse, commercial, or manufacturing construction
Experience on projects ranging from $5M-$50M+
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and scheduling
OSHA certification preferred
