Commercial Construction Project Manager
Our client is a rapidly expanding commercial construction firm with more than 80 employees and a strong project backlog. Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts. Oversee subcontractor coordination, procurement, and contract administration. Lead client communication and ensure project goals are achieved. Utilize Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and construction management software. 7+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial GC. Strong ground-up construction experience; renovation/TI experience preferred. Background managing retail, office, or hospitality projects. Estimating experience and understanding of project financials. Collaborative leadership style with strong communication skills.
$110,000+ (commensurate with experience) Profit-sharing program with annual payouts typically ranging from $3,000-$12,000. 401(k) match and $300/month vehicle allowance. Clear career progression, mentorship program, and merit-based promotions.
