Industrial Project Manager
Manage industrial construction projects from start to finish. Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, RFIs, and change orders. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams. Partner with Superintendents to maintain schedule and budget. Manage subcontractors and maintain strong client relationships. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to ownership. Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards.
A successful Industrial Project Manager should have:
- 10+ years of construction project management experience
- Strong background in industrial construction
- Experience managing large-scale projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders
- Experience managing subcontractors and project teams
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Proficiency with construction project management software
