Job Description
Coordinate daily site activities for healthcare construction projects in Houston. Review project plans and schedules to organize upcoming field work. Coordinate subcontractor work to maintain project progress and site readiness. Monitor work completed on site and address issues that affect quality or timing. Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders on site progress and priorities. Plan site logistics, material deliveries, and work areas to support daily construction activities. Track construction milestones and communicate schedule updates to the project team. Promote safe work practices across the healthcare project site.

The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Superintendent - Healthcare' should have:
- Experience coordinating construction site activities.
- Experience working on healthcare construction projects.
- Ability to read and apply construction plans and project schedules.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and daily field work.
- Ability to monitor site progress, quality, and project milestones.
