Job Description

Manage daily on-site construction activities for civil and wastewater projects. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met. Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Oversee quality control to ensure work meets project specifications and standards. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules and reports. Ensure effective communication between all parties involved in the project.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have: experience with civil and wastewater construction projects. Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage on-site teams effectively. Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in maintaining project schedules and documentation.
