About Our Client
Client is a top commercial construction general contractor looking to expand their municipal and education division.
Job Description
- Coordinate daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Manage subcontractors and on-site personnel to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
- Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
- Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and project managers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and reports.
- Foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork on-site.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Experience with managing construction projects, including scheduling and budgeting.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and make decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
