Job Description
- Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain a safe, productive, and organized job site environment
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and trade partners throughout the construction process
- Ensure quality standards are met while keeping projects on schedule and within budget
- Oversee commercial renovation and tenant improvement projects ranging from approximately $1M to $22M
- Support the successful completion of healthcare and commercial upfit projects
- Provide leadership to field teams while fostering strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent running construction projects
- Strong commercial construction experience required
- Healthcare construction experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage project schedules and field operations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Must be based in or willing to work in the Raleigh, NC market
