Job Description
Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Lead project teams, clients, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery. Oversee project schedules, budgets, cost controls, and risk management. Coordinate project planning, procurement, and execution activities. Provide leadership and mentorship to project staff while promoting a collaborative team environment. Maintain strong client relationships and support business growth initiatives. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Work on a variety of projects including multifamily, commercial, assisted living, education, and renovation work. Support the company's growth strategy through effective project leadership and operational excellence.

The Successful Applicant
Must-Have Qualifications
- 10+ years of construction project management experience.
- Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects.
- Proven ability to lead project teams and oversee multiple project stakeholders.
- Strong scheduling, budgeting, and project execution skills.
- Stable career history with demonstrated leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Multifamily construction experience.
- Experience at the Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Project Executive level.
- Background working for General Contractors on projects throughout Massachusetts.
