Job Description
Manage daily site operations and subcontractors. Maintain project schedules and construction milestones. Drive safety, quality, and compliance standards. Coordinate inspections and project logistics. The Successful Applicant
5+ years' Superintendent experience. Commercial construction project experience. Ground-up and renovation project exposure. Strong scheduling and trade coordination skills. Proven leadership on active construction sites.
