Client is a strong commercial construction general contractor that is continuing to expand their datacenter construction division.
Job Description
Supervise all on-site construction activities for data center projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site. Monitor project timelines and budgets, addressing potential delays or overruns proactively. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress. Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during construction. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Travel frequently to various project sites as required.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Traveling Superintendent (Data Center) should have: Experience with managing large-scale construction projects, particularly data centers. Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and quality standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage on-site teams effectively. Willingness to travel frequently for project oversight. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy environment.
