My client is a MEP contractor focused on mechanical HVAC projects for commercial office/tenant interiors.
Job Description
Oversee mechanical construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations. Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders. Identify and resolve project challenges promptly to maintain progress. Support the team in aligning project goals with company objectives.

The Successful Applicant
A successful PM/SPM should have: Experience with managing mechanical construction projects. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. Familiarity with safety and quality standards in construction. Problem-solving skills to address challenges during project execution.
