Superintendent
The Superintendent will be responsible for managing all field operations on a multi-phased renovation program consisting of highly technical healthcare, research, and higher education spaces. Project scope includes:
- Research laboratories
- Animal behavioral study labs
- Cell culture rooms
- Microscopy rooms
- Tissue and imaging suites
- Surgical and procedural spaces
- Behavioral and biochemistry labs
- Laboratory support areas
- Classrooms and office renovations
Responsibilities include:
- Lead all onsite construction activities from start to finish.
- Manage project schedules and daily field operations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and stakeholders.
- Maintain jobsite safety and enforce company standards.
- Drive quality control and project execution.
- Coordinate complex MEP and specialty system installations.
- Conduct subcontractor meetings and progress updates.
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Oversee renovations within occupied and operational environments.
