Job Description

Support the sales team with operational tasks to ensure smooth execution of sales activities. Coordinate and manage sales documentation and data entry for accurate record-keeping. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and address sales-related inquiries. Assist in tracking and reporting sales metrics to monitor team performance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to effectively assist the sales team. Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance sales operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Operational Support should have: Experience with sales support or operational roles in the retail industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various tasks efficiently. Proficiency in using office software and sales management tools. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
