Job Description
Manage a $7M-$8M ground-up commercial project. Oversee schedule, budget, contracts, and procurement. Coordinate subcontractors, architects, and ownership. Lead project meetings and maintain client communication. The Successful Applicant
Proven ground-up commercial construction experience. Project Manager experience with a commercial GC. Education or institutional projects strongly preferred. Strong scheduling, budgeting, and communication skills. Able to work on projects within the local market.
What's on Offer
$100K-$120K base salary. 3 weeks PTO, 11 holidays, and company bonus program. 50% healthcare contribution, supplemental insurance, 401(k) match up to 3%.
