Job Description
Assist Project Managers with project planning and execution
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams
Track schedules, budgets, and procurement activities
Attend owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings
Support closeout activities and punch list completion

The Successful Applicant
2-5 years of construction experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Experience with commercial, healthcare, educational, or municipal projects
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office
