Assistant Superintendent
The Assistant Superintendent will report to the Superintendent and Project Team, supporting field operations from project start through completion. This is a hands-on role focused on project execution, safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
- Assist with the day-to-day management of commercial construction projects
- Support coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and on-site activities
- Monitor project schedules and assist in maintaining progress milestones
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are achieved
- Help enforce site safety programs and regulatory compliance requirements
- Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics
- Maintain project documentation and communicate progress to project leadership

For the Assistant Superintendent we are seeking:
- 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, or similar field leadership role
- Ground-up commercial construction experience required
- Experience working on commercial projects such as municipal, higher education, office, institutional, or mixed-use developments
- Strong understanding of construction schedules and project sequencing
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High-energy, career-driven mindset with a desire to develop into a Superintendent role
- Proficiency with construction management technology and project documentation tools
