Estimator
As the Estimator, you will report to senior preconstruction leadership and play a critical role in supporting business development and project delivery.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction and property service projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to determine accurate pricing
- Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier bids
- Develop take-offs across multiple trades including sitework, concrete, asphalt, and building envelope
- Collaborate with project managers to transition awarded work into execution
- Identify cost risks, value-engineering opportunities, and scope gaps
- Support pricing strategies for negotiated and competitive bid work

For the Estimator role, we are seeking:
- Experience as an Estimator within commercial construction or general contracting
- Exposure to projects such as multifamily, office, retail, industrial, or institutional buildings
- Strong understanding of estimating processes, cost control, and procurement
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
