Job Description
Manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, coordination, and supervision of subcontractors and trades. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment for all team members. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays to keep the project on track. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans. Prepare and submit daily reports, including updates on project status, labor, and materials used. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates. Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and ensure proper record-keeping.
