Project Manager
Support project execution from preconstruction through closeout Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and design teams Track budgets, procurement activities, and project schedules Assist with quality control and project reporting requirements
The successful applicant:
3-7 years of construction experience with a GC or developer Ground-up multifamily experience preferred Knowledge of project documentation and contract administration Strong communication and organizational skills Team-oriented professional with a long-term career mindset
