About Our Client
A commercial general contractor local to the Colorado Front Range looking to grow their team. With a strong backlog of projects for 2027, they are looking to bring on a Superintendent that is a go getter and looking to take on challenges.
Job Description
Oversee daily construction site activities to keep work progressing according to project plans. Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to complete scheduled work. Review project drawings and plans to guide field execution. Track jobsite progress and address day-to-day construction needs. Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders on site activities. Monitor work areas to support safe, orderly jobsite operations. Coordinate material deliveries and site access to reduce delays. Document site progress and share updates with the construction team.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have: Experience overseeing day-to-day construction site activities. Experience creating and maintaining a master schedule using MS Project. Experience coordinating subcontractors and field teams. Ability to read and work from construction drawings and project plans. Experience tracking construction progress and resolving site needs. Clear communication skills for working with project stakeholders. Ability to coordinate deliveries, access, and on-site work schedules.
