Construction Project Manager
Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain project schedules and quality standards. Develop and monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as necessary. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management. Identify and resolve project issues to maintain smooth operations. Supervise and mentor project team members to ensure optimal performance. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

The successful applicant will have experience managing construction projects in the property industry. Ground up experience in light industrial construction is required. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes is necessary. Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential. Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder management are needed.
