Superintendent - Commercial Construction
Reporting to senior operations leadership, the Superintendent will manage all field activities from project kickoff through completion.
- Direct daily field operations and site logistics
- Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners
- Maintain project schedules and production goals
- Enforce safety and quality standards
- Conduct project meetings and progress updates
- Utilize Procore for project management and reporting
- Manage project turnover and closeout activities

For the Superintendent - Commercial Construction we are seeking:
- Approximately 10 years of construction experience preferred
- General contractor experience strongly preferred
- Experience with commercial projects including retail, office, healthcare, restaurant, or adaptive reuse
- Procore experience required
- Bluebeam experience preferred
- Construction Management degree preferred but not required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Positive and solutions-oriented mindset
$100,000 - $125,000 base salary
