Job Description

Coordinate daily construction activities and site operations. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Assist in scheduling subcontractors and managing project timelines. Monitor quality control to meet project specifications. Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Maintain accurate site documentation and reports. Support the resolution of on-site issues and conflicts. Oversee material deliveries and inventory management.

The Successful Applicant

Commercial construction experience required. Previous Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, Project Engineer, or similar experience preferred. Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced jobsite environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
