Project Manager - Jacksonville Hospitality & Multifamily
Our client is an established employee-owned commercial construction firm specialising in ground-up wood-frame developments. With a strong pipeline of hospitality, residential, and senior living projects, they offer a collaborative environment, direct exposure to executive leadership, and long-term ownership opportunities.
Manage 2 concurrent construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
Review drawings, specifications, contracts, budgets, and schedules
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
Utilise Procore and Primavera P6 to manage project delivery and reporting
Conduct regular site visits and ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance

A successful Project Manager - Jacksonville Hospitality & Multifamily should have:
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a commercial general contractor
Experience in hospitality, multifamily, assisted living, or wood-frame construction
Strong ability to independently lead projects without dedicated APM support
Proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6 is required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
Annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 USD.
