Lead Manufacturing Operations
Our client is a privately held food manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality, consistency, and product excellence. The company is currently investing in its next phase of expansion, including a new production facility planned for 2027. Manage daily manufacturing operations for second shift. Lead, coach, and develop hourly production employees. Ensure production schedules and performance goals are achieved. Monitor staffing, productivity, yield, and operational efficiency. Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety standards. Partner with cross-functional departments to resolve production issues. Track and report operational performance metrics. Support continuous improvement and modernization initiatives. Drive employee accountability, engagement, and safety performance.

The successful applicant will have 2-5+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing, demonstrated success leading teams in a fast-paced production environment, conversational Spanish required, strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and production processes, and excellent communication and employee development capabilities.
