Job Description
Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial and industrial construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety programmes, and site logistics. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and ownership teams. Lead project execution through turnover, punch list, and final closeout.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Traveling Superintendent - Commercial & Industrial Construction should have:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor
- Experience delivering commercial, industrial, warehouse, or design-build projects
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, site coordination, and safety compliance
- Ability to travel extensively across multiple states as project needs require
- Proven leadership skills and a hands-on approach to field management
