Job Description
Assist with RFIs, submittals, permits, and project documentation Support budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination Track project schedules and maintain reporting requirements Coordinate with field teams, consultants, and ownership groups Help drive project execution from preconstruction through closeout MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
2+ years of experience with a general contractor Multifamily or affordable housing experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Team-first attitude and strong cultural fit
